Recently we hosted the Outpost team as guest speakers for our interior design students.  Outpost are an award-winning international design and architecture studio, set up by Thomas Housden and Robin Sjöholm in 2016.

During the talk they spoke about some of their projects and the processes employed to complete them. At the end of their talk they offered to answer any questions our students had.

Outpost is a London based architecture and design studio. Their unique selling point is that they look at the outside as well as then in. They create architecture and interiors, the products and furniture that populate them, and the landscapes that connect to everything around us

Their overall approach is to understand the objectives from different perspectives. They are a small team, collaborating with an established network of specialist manufacturers, contractors and consultants to deliver tailored expertise.

Their client base varies to suit everyone.  Ranging from the land-owners and commercial developers, to the individual family. It was brilliant to host Thomas’s and Robin’s talk and we look forward to hosting more in 2020.
