Certificate in CAD 2D

Course Description

This micro credential introduces CAD (Computer Aided Design) as a process to create digital design information and technical documentation for projects. The module will introduce digital working environments, software, workflows and allow for development of capabilities across platforms associated with contemporary practice.

The module covers the features, commands and techniques for creating, editing and printing drawings. From the program interface, you will progress to fundamental drawing, editing tools and utilities for precise and accurate drawing. Introducing common practices and tips will allow learners to use CAD efficiently and bring drawings to professional industry standard.
