Who we are
Originally founded as Dublin Institute of Design in 1993, and rebranded to DDI in 2022. We have been breaking barriers in design education for almost 30 years; pioneering flexible study modes, widening access for mature learners and collaborating with practicing professionals to develop and deliver cutting edge, contemporary design courses. We provide a wide range of part-time and full time courses, online and in-class, across a wide range of design disciplines.

What you can study with us
We offer a diverse range of part time and full time courses across Fashion Buying, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, and Interior Design. Our courses can be taken at our city centre location and/or online and are delivered by professionals and experts from across the design industry. We have options for all students, particularly for mature learners who need their educational options to fit into their busy lifestyles and who appreciate focused classes with small group sizes. We offer short courses with pathways leading up to nationally accredited and internationally recognised degree programmes.
